Creative Parties That Make Every Milestone Unforgettable

At CreArt, birthdays and special occasions become vibrant celebrations where adults get to unwind, create, and make lasting memories together. Each two-hour party combines a guided art experience with plenty of time for food, drinks, and laughter.


With a variety of themes to choose from — including painting, clay, mixed media, and even glow-in-the-dark options — our parties are designed to be as unique as you are.

  1. Send us your details – date, time, number of participants, and any add-ons (via our request form).
  2. We’ll confirm – our team reaches out within 48 hours to finalize details.
  3. Secure your spot – pay the reservation deposit through Sawyer.
 

Add extras up to two weeks before your party. We’ll email you to confirm and send the balance invoice (due 24hrs before the party).

We host parties on Saturdays & Sundays during:

  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (extra hour add-on available)

Friday parties are available with more flexible times.

  • Main Art Activity – 60 mins | Classic or Glow-in-the-dark neon glow paints under backlights
  • Food & Beverages – 45 mins
  • Cleanup & Goodbyes – 15 mins
  • Exclusive use of the studio
  • A themed art experience with a guided project each participant takes home
  • Reserved time for food, drinks, and celebration
  • Early access (10–15 min) for setup + load-out (10–15 min) within your slot

You may arrive 10 minutes before. Early arrivals beyond this are not possible unless arranged ahead of time.

Yes; they are counted as participants if they do the art activity. (Max capacity: 25 participants; 49 people max in the studio.)

Themed art activity, instructor, supplies, aprons, banners, music, take-home artwork, setup & cleanup. (Party favors and invitations not included.)

45 minutes of the party time are reserved for food/cake and mingling after the end of the main art activity. You bring the goodies; we provide tables. Guests eat at the same tables used for art.

Yes — you can update your theme anytime up to 2 weeks before the party after paying the deposit. We’ll also reach out 2 weeks prior to reconfirm your final theme.

Yes, you’ll find plenty of parking in front of and around the studio.

Let us know when booking — we’ll adjust supplies as best as possible. We want everyone to feel celebrated.

Yes! Our studio is party-ready, but you’re welcome to add your own decorations (please no piñatas, glitter, or confetti).

Don’t stress about the mess! Your party time includes 15 minutes for clean-up and goodbyes. Our team handles the art mess, tables, trash, and floor. You just take care of any food and décor items you’ve brought.

  • 30+ days before your event → Full refund (minus $100 booking fee).
  • Within 30 days → Non-refundable, but we’ll gladly reschedule or provide a credit for a future event.
  • Rebooking a confirmed party is possible with a $25 rebooking fee.

Yes! We use blackout curtains and UV lights to make it glow anytime. You can still see and move comfortably.
