General

• Full refunds available within 72 hours of booking the bundle. No refunds after 72 hours.
• Bundle package is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
• All services must be used within the specified time frames.
• You will need to schedule the services as they become available.
• CreArt Studioz reserves the right to modify or cancel any component of the bundle, with notice to participants. Prorated fees will be refunded for any canceled components.
• The bundle is not applicable towards classes or camps conducted during the summer term.

Art Classes (Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, Spring)

• The bundle is applicable towards Art Classes during the Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, and Spring terms between September 2024 – June 2025.
• Each term includes a series of structured art classes as per the program schedule. There are a total of 33 classes across the 4 terms.
• Art Classes must be attended within the specified term dates. Unused sessions do not roll over to subsequent days, weeks, months, or years.
• A total of 1 makeup session is allowed per term.
• Rescheduling of classes can be arranged subject to availability.
• Creart Studioz reserves the right to cancel a class with notice to the parent.

Birthday Party

• Birthday Party must be booked and celebrated by June 2025.
• Birthday Parties take place on a Saturday or Sunday at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm, or 4:00 pm. Birthday Party is Subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
• Birthday Party Package is valued for up to 10 kids, hosted at our studio; any additional costs (e.g. mobile party, custom theme, glow party, more than 10 kids, etc.) will need to be covered by the parent at the time of booking.
• Applicable for 1 Birthday Party Booking.

Open Studio Sessions

• Subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Unused sessions do not roll over to subsequent months.
• Applicable towards 1-Hour Open Studio Sessions hosted between July 2024 - June 2025 for a maximum of 12 sessions.

Masterclass with Fatima

• Scheduled by CreArt Studioz, with advance notification of date and time.
• Non-transferable and must be attended by the enrolled student on the scheduled day.
